Congressman Ted Yoho (R-FL-3), House Committe on Foreign Affairs and Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Asia and the Pacific, and Randall G. Schriver, Assistant Secretary for Defense for Indo-Pacific Security Affairs, began the conference with opening statements.
