From September 14-15, 2017, the Robert Strauss Center hosted a conference examining judicial accountability in national security and counterterrorism policies. An array of scholars, judges, attorneys, and other experts contributed their knowledge to a number of panels on topics ranging from criminal prosecutions to the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
