Mr. Eliezer Poupko is a doctoral student in public policy at the LBJ School of Public Affairs and graduate research assistant for the CCAPS project on Constitutional Design and Conflict Management at the Strauss Center. He holds a Master of Public Affairs degree from the LBJ School and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, and he previously practiced as a legal aid attorney in Florida and California. His current research interests include democratic theory, constitutional design, and comparative electoral studies.
