Ami Pedahzur, Strauss Distinguished Scholar and head of the T.I.G.E.R. Lab (Terrorism, Insurgencies, & Guerillas in Education & Research) shares his thoughts on counterterrorism since 9/11 and why there is reason for Americans to feel confident and optimistic in an opinion piece for the University of Texas website.
