On September 15, 2015, University of Texas Chancellor William McRaven, former Director of Central Intelligence Porter Goss, and Intelligence Studies Project Director Steve Slick joined CIA Director John Brennan for a roundtable discussion on "Intelligence in American Society." The participants discussed the role intelligence plays in protecting the United States from threats to our national security and appropriate measures for supervision and oversight of intelligence activities in our democratic society.
