Casey Hagen is from Milwaukee, WI and is currently pursuing a J.D. at the University of Texas School of Law (Class of 2022). In 2014, Casey graduated from The George Washington University with a B.A. in International Affairs and French Language, Literature, and Culture, with a minor in sociocultural anthropology. Prior to attending law school, she worked for several years as a Legislative Aide to Senator Tammy Baldwin, spent time on national political campaigns, and worked for a defense contractor out of her home state of Wisconsin. Casey hopes to pursue a career at the intersection of law, policy, and technology, with a focus on data privacy and cybersecurity. In her spare time you can find Casey playing with her dog Patches at Zilker, climbing with her partner in the Greenbelt, or enjoying a good book from the comforts of her couch.
