Ellis “Reeves” Moseley is a 1L at The University of Texas School of Law and a National Security Law Fellow at the Strauss Center for International Security and Law. He earned his M.P.Aff. with a concentration in National Security from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs in 2024, where he served as Student Body President and received numerous fellowships, including the J.J. Pickle Scholarship. Reeves has experience in government and policy, having worked as a Policy Intern at the Defense Technology Security Administration and as a Government Relations Associate securing unding for education and local government projects. His academic and professional experiences have fueled his interest in national security law, particularly in technology, defense policy, and international cooperation.
