Evan Meisler is a Research Fellow in the Technology, Security, and Global Affairs Program at the Robert Strauss Center for International Security and Law. Evan clerked for Judge Royce C. Lamberth, formerly the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and Presiding Judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, and Judge Anthony J. Scirica, formerly the Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Between clerkships, Evan was an associate at Clement & Murphy, PLLC, where he worked on matters before the federal courts of appeals and the Supreme Court. Before law school, Evan began his career at a boutique consulting firm specializing in due diligence services for private equity firms, then held a strategy & operations role at a technology startup. Evan graduated from Dartmouth College and New York University School of Law.
