Sam Barrett

Ph.D. Candidate

Mr. Sam Barrett is a PhD candidate at Trinity College Dublin where he studies climate justice as a multi-scalar process. He received his MSc in International Relations Theory from the London School of Economics and a BA in Political Science from Trinity College Dublin. His research interests include the distribution and effectiveness of climate finance for adaptation projects. He has published in the journal Progress in Human Geography.
