Cybersecurity Clinic Student

Shishir Rao is a sophomore at the University of Texas at Austin, pursuing a BBA in Management Information Systems at the McCombs School of Business. He is passionate about cybersecurity, specifically in threat detection and incident response, and intends to pursue a career in that pathway. He is especially looking forward to contributing to the Strauss Center’s Texas Cybersecurity Clinic, to grasp and apply skills to real-world challenges. In the long term, Shishir aims to bridge the gap between technical expertise and business strategy in a cybersecurity product management role.
