This brief serves as the detailed follow-up to the CEPSA aid researchers’ first analysis on the national CCA and DRR plans and their implementation in Bangladesh and Nepal. While that study relied heavily on interviews, this brief surveys national and donor strategies and plans for 11 countries in the South and South East Asian region.
