Dr. Kiril Avramov, Director of the Global Disinformation Lab at the University of Texas and Fellow at the Strauss Center for International Security and Law, recently lectured on what he calls the “Russian Targeted Killing Program” at Catholic University in Washington DC. He discussed how these assassinations are mainly directed at Russian citizens who Putin sees as a threat to his regime.
“This is not only important for Russia, but for everyone else,” Dr. Avramov said. “I think it’s really important in this current context.”
