Sevinch is a junior at the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in International Relations and Global Studies, with minors in National Security and International Business. Originally from Uzbekistan, she is trilingual in Uzbek, Russian, and English. She is also pursuing a certificate in Full Stack Development through the McCombs School of Business, which sparked her interest in the intersection of technology, security, and public policy and led her to join the Cybersecurity Clinic. Her academic and professional interests center on cybersecurity, lawmaking, and diplomacy, with a particular focus on how emerging technologies shape global security challenges. Beyond academics, Sevinch serves as a Climate Action Chair and Social Media Co-Chair for United Nations Young Professionals. In her free time, she enjoys reading Russian literature and baking
