Chinmayee Narra

Cybersecurity Clinic Student

Chinmayee Narra is a student at The University of Texas at Austin pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in cybersecurity, alongside minors in National Security and International Business.

On campus, she serves as an officer for SPIC MACAY, an initiative dedicated to spreading Indian cultural arts, and is an active member of Information & Systems Security Society (ISSS) and Women in Computer Science (WiCS). As a student leader for Women in STEM, Chinmayee coordinates STEM Day for UT’s annual STEM Girl Day and serves as an outreach ambassador, inspiring young students to explore technology and science.

Outside the classroom, Chinmayee works as a cybersecurity analyst for the Austin Regional Security Operations Center with UT’s Information Security Office and is a Cybersecurity Fellow at the Strauss Center for International Security and Law. She also frequently attends events hosted by both the Strauss and Clements Centers to deepen her understanding of cybersecurity and policy.

In her free time, she enjoys playing badminton, performing Carnatic violin, and winning word games against her dad!
