Courtney London is an active-duty Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Cybersecurity Law at the University of Texas School of Law. She earned her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where she contributed to The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review, served as President of The Legal Society for Musicians, and studied international law during a semester abroad with Howard University in Cape Town, South Africa.
Courtney also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rutgers University and a certificate in Joint Professional Military Education from the U.S. Naval War College. Her Navy career has included a variety of global assignments, such as Staff Judge Advocate (SJA) for Naval Amphibious Force, Task Force 51/5th Marine Expeditionary Brigade in Bahrain; SJA to Commander, Submarine Squadron ELEVEN in San Diego; and Assistant Department Head at INDOPACOM Branch Office Guam. Upon completing her LL.M. in 2025, LCDR London will return to active service with the Navy fleet.
