Sheena Vaghela

Cybersecurity Clinic Student

Sheena Vaghela is a student at The University of Texas at Austin pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Informatics with a concentration in User Experience Design, along with a certificate in Elements of Computing and Design Strategies through the Bridging Disciplines Program. Her interest in the Cybersecurity Clinic stems from exploring the intersection of cybersecurity and UX design, particularly in creating digital products that are both secure and accessible.

On campus, Sheena is involved in Texas Convergent and Longhorn Developers, organizations dedicated to building impactful student projects, as well as Camp Kesem, an organization dedicated to supporting children through a parent or guardian’s cancer. In her free time, she enjoys attending concerts, hiking, going on runs, watching movies, and doing jigsaw puzzles. Passionate about designing intuitive, user-centered experiences, she looks forward to applying her skills through hands-on work in cyber defense and policy implementation to support small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
