This summer, the Robert Strauss Center, the International Committee of the Red Cross and Oxford University’s Institute for Ethics, Law, and Armed Conflict will co-sponsor the annual Transatlantic Dialogue on International Law and Armed Conflict, to take place on July 20-21 at Pembroke College, University of Oxford (invitation only).
