Strauss Center Director Adam Klein and Columbia Law Professor Matthew Waxman published a New York Times opinion piece on the passing of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act’s Section 702 on Saturday, April 20.

“Recent years have shown Section 702’s great value for national security… The latest reauthorization boosts privacy without blinding our country to threats in today’s dangerous world,” said Klein.
