Adam Colligan

Mr. Adam Colligan holds a BA in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge and is currently earning a Master of Public Affairs at the LBJ School of Public Affairs. Mr. Colligan works on the CCAPS program’s research assessing African states’ capacity to respond to climate-related crises. Outside of CCAPS, he is researching demographic disparities in flood risk and insurance coverage in the United States. Mr. Colligan’s prior related work includes employment at Strategic Forecasting (Stratfor) in Geopolitical Intelligence Analysis and, at LBJ, producing an evaluation of barriers to implementation of next-generation emergency communication systems in Texas. As an undergraduate, he designed a project in southeast Louisiana examining the religious aspects of Hurricane Katrina survivor experiences.
