Rachel Evans graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in May 2023. During her tenure as a law student, Rachel completed the Strauss Center’s integrated cybersecurity course program as a Cyber Fellow. Prior to law school, Rachel attended The University of Texas where she graduated in May 2019 with simultaneous degrees in Religious Studies and Communication Disorders. Although Rachel never expected to take a cybersecurity class while in law school, she quickly fell in love with the material. Outside of law school, you can find Rachel reading a book about national security or exploring Austin with her dog, Wednesday!
