Suraj Pandit is currently pursuing a degree in International Relations and Global Studies as well as the Plan II Honors Program. He is studying on the International Security track with a focus on the Middle East. As a researcher for the Global Disconfirmation Lab, he is actively studying the role of disinformation in the foreign policy of authoritarian regimes. He is interested in studying current conflicts in the Middle East and South Asia, particularly recent developments in Afghanistan under the Taliban regime. Suraj has an active interest in learning languages and plans to take a Spanish immersion course this May in Barcelona and Arabic through the University of Texas during the summer. Suraj aspires to attend law school after graduating and initiate a career in law and intelligence analysis, focusing on international law and domestic security.
